Description.

This service provides support for the tasks of:

1. Routine maintenance of the electrical power system, hydro-sanitary system and heating and air-conditioning system installed at the IMEDEA buildings .
2. Routine maintenance of the automobiles and boats of the institute.
3. Control and supervision of the accesses to the facilities of the IMEDEA
4. Supervision, follow-up and eventually technical support to the maintenance tasks developed by external agents and companies on any of these infrastructures.
5. Gardening, security and surveillance.
