INSTRUMENTATION, FIELD EQUIPMENT AND SPECIAL INSTALLATIONS

The instrumentation, field equipment and unique facilities service is responsible for providing technical and logistical support for the use of instrumentation in land and marine campaigns carried out by various IMEDEA research lines. The instrumentation service is responsible for the maintenance and calibration of field instrumentation, advice on the acquisition of new equipment, design of campaigns, installation of equipment in the field and support in the use of the instrumentation. In addition, the service manages the use of the mechanics and electronics workshops, the fluid experimentation channel and the fleets of vehicles and boats.

Location

The instrumentation service is located in laboratory S011 and manages workshops S004, S005 and 1011.
