Introductory Course on Next Generation Sequencing offered by TREC

 In collaboration with the TREC Project, we are pleased to offer an introductory course on Next Generation Sequencing, scheduled from May 06 to 07, 2024, at IMEDEA (Seminar Room).

The modules will be taught by distinguished scientists from the European Molecular Biology Laboratory and will cover fundamental topics such as experimental design, sample preparation, applications, and data analysis. This course will encompass various technologies, including short-read and long-read sequencing, as well as single-cell sequencing.
