Ananda Pascual (Zaragoza, 1976), Ph.D. Physics -
University of the Balearic Islands (2003). Marie-Curie post-doctoral
fellowship at CLS Space Oceanography Division in Toulouse (2003-2005)
and Ramon y Cajal (tenure-track) researcher at IMEDEA(CSIC-UIB) in
Mallorca (2006-2008). Since 2008, I am a tenured scientist of the
Spanish Research Council (CSIC) at IMEDEA(CSIC-UIB). My interest is in
physical oceanography, meso and submesoscale dynamics. I investigate
physical ocean processes and their implications on biochemistry
combining remote-sensing, numerical simulations and multi-platform
in-situ data.
